We’re receiving a lot of questions about the tickets for the Op de Ring festival on Saturday 21 June. Unfortunately, there were some technical issues during the ordering process. As a result, some people were able to order more tickets than allowed, were unexpectedly logged out of the ticket shop, or didn’t receive a confirmation email. This article provides an update on the current status.
Around 700 orders included more tickets than allowed. In total, this concerns about 10,000 excess tickets. These orders will be adjusted, and the ticket provider will contact the ticket holders directly.
About 5,000 people received an error message during the ordering process, either after SMS verification or after placing an order. However, their phone number was stored in the system. The ticket provider is working on a solution to ensure these people can still order tickets.
These individuals will get priority access to the 10,000 tickets that become available again once the excess orders have been corrected. They will receive a personal link via SMS. This link will allow them to order tickets for the morning, day, or evening slot (depending on availability).
People who successfully ordered tickets but did not receive a confirmation email will receive one after all.
According to the ticket provider, about 1 million people tried to order tickets, while there were 280,000 tickets available. We understand that many people are disappointed, especially after waiting so long without getting a ticket.

Please note: the 10,000 tickets that become available will first be offered to the people who received an error message during the ordering process. There is no guarantee that there will be tickets left after that.
